We're a bit hesitant about this page. Because it really, really isn't about Good Idea Cafe. It may be de rigueur to say it but we're sincere when we say that it's about us only in relation to how we can serve you. How Good Idea Cafe can become part of your team. We want to bring our experience and expertise to your office. To help you look at the entire landscape, to see what's on the horizon, and how your company can be ready to meet the challenges. So our "all about us" section is really our "how we can help you" section. We'll describe how we approach each situation. While some of what we do can be fairly described as "industry standard," we're proud of the innovative methods and processes that we bring to your table. Bottom line ... what we do will meet your goals while respecting your time and budget.
The Good Idea Cafe Process
Transparent, effective and efficient. Those are the three words that best describe our process. We rely on several online methodologies that create these three conditions on every project. Transparent because all tasks, calendars, milestones and content is availabe to everyone on the project. Effective because we create an online project management site to keep the project on track. Efficient because any project team member has access to any other project member.
