Good Idea Cafe in the community
We believe that it's essential for us to be active in our community. Not only as corporate citizens but as individuals, we strongly believe that we are each in a unique position to give something to the larger community. And that it is our duty to do so. We've just begun our work on this section - and we promise that it will grow - and we welcome your thoughts and suggestions on how we can get more involved.
SCORE First Step Workshop
For several years, Bill Flowers (our "Chief Cook & Bottle Washer") has been a volunteer presenting at SCORE's monthly First Step Workshop. If you're not familiar with them - and you should be! - SCORE is the counseling service offered by the Small Business Administration. The workshop is designed for individuals who want to learn how to start a business existing business owners who want to grow their business.
